The I’m a… programme is growing, to support students to see more opportunities for themselves. Today, we are launching I’m a Geographer, in partnership with the RGS. This new project will help students explore how geography is used by a diverse range of professionals in their jobs.
I’m a Geographer is now open for bookings. Chats will begin from Monday 3 November.
Students can:
- Explore the profiles and CVs of up to 40 people using geography in their careers
- Connect with a diverse range of geographers in 30-minute, text-based Chats
- Deepen their understanding by sending follow-up questions on the Ask page
- Cast their vote to decide which geographer they want to win the £500 prize
- Review and reflect on their learning through facilitated discussion
